Housekeeping Room Attendant

Clean and return vacant dirty rooms to ready status and occupied dirty rooms to clean status, covering lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, floors, carpets, and kitchen areas. Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies, tidy rooms as required, and change blankets, bedspreads, and mattress pads every 60 days. Complete assigned daily room projects including thresholds and patios, assist in the carpet care program by spot cleaning, and maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart. Report material discrepancies to Engineering via Front Desk hot log or work order and assist in maintaining other hotel areas like the associate lounge and back of the house. Respond to guest requests and inquiries immediately while maintaining high standards outlined in the Self-Inspection.
