Job Summary
Clean and return vacant dirty rooms to ready status and occupied dirty rooms to occupied clean status, ensuring thorough cleaning of fixtures, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, floors, and kitchen areas. Replenish supplies, tidy rooms as required, and complete daily projects like threshold and patio maintenance. Assist in the general clean program by changing linens every 60 days, spot clean carpets, and maintain a clean housekeeping cart. Report material discrepancies to Engineering via Front Desk and respond immediately to guest requests. Maintain high standards per the Self-Inspection and assist in keeping associate lounges and back-of-house areas orderly. Work weekends and holidays as needed. Required Qualifications
- Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to move luggage, packages or furniture weighing up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
