Job Summary
Clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests, and replace amenities and supplies. Dust, polish walls and furnishings, vacuum carpets, and perform deep-cleaning tasks while ensuring all chemicals are handled per OSHA standards. Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items, maintain housekeeping cart cleanliness, and report lost items to the supervisor. Make beds, fold linens, and ensure assigned areas meet cleanliness guidelines. Maintain professionalism, uniform standards, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to all guest and employee encounters. Work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges and assist with any additional tasks requested by management.

- Capable of exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally.
- Capable of standing for an entire shift or for an extended amount of time.
- Capable of reaching overhead, utilizing both hands, leaning over, stooping and kneeling.
- A must: Eager to be part of a great work culture and team.
Desired Qualifications
