Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner according to hotel procedures and brand standards; provide genuine service and assistance to guests; maintain room attendant cart and replenish items; respond to housekeeping requests from guests or management; follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed; inform supervisor of progress and any repairs needed; work as part of a team and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and service; may assist with deep cleaning projects; adhere to health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel cleaning experience (asset)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good literacy and communication skills
