Job Summary
Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms to high standards while approaching all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay close attention to detail during cleaning, handle items for "Lost and Found" per hotel standards, and ensure proper uniform and name tag appearance. Comply with safety regulations, hotel policies, and face mask requirements while wearing provided gloves and sanitizing solutions. Work long hours occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, maintaining regular attendance according to varying hotel scheduling needs.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Must wear face masks at all times
- Must wear proper uniform and name tag when working
- Must comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Must be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other associates
- Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
