Job Summary
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest rooms while approaching all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Pay extra attention to detail during cleaning and handle items for "Lost and Found" according to hotel standards. Comply with all safety regulations, wear proper uniform and name tag, and maintain personal grooming. Be attentive, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and associates. Long hours are sometimes required, with medium physical exertion including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. All associates must wear face masks at all times; gloves and PPE are provided, and temperature checks occur daily before shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Long hours sometimes required
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Must wear face masks at all times
- Must wear proper uniform and name tag when working
- Must comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Must be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other associates
- Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
