Job Summary
Assist all housekeeping personnel in performing heavy-duty work as directed by the Senior Housekeeper. Maintain cleanliness of floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise room, and employee lounge. Remove and clean soiled linens. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and certifications including TIPS and ServSafe. Experience in hospitality is a plus. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
- Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time
- Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes
