Job Summary
Housekeeping Room Attendant cleans and sanitizes vacation rental properties, including guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, patios, and common spaces, to ensure a guest-ready experience. Responsibilities include changing bed linens, restocking towels and amenities, washing and folding linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and appliances, inspecting units for damage or maintenance concerns, reporting issues promptly, maintaining supply inventories, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires independent work, strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and willingness to work weekends/holidays with flexible scheduling; travel between properties may be required, and interactions with guests should be courteous and professional.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, condo, Airbnb, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties if required.
