Job Summary
Perform routine housekeeping tasks across Park City properties, including cleaning floors, vacuuming, dusting, stripping and making beds, and stocking guest rooms. Wash windows, clean bathrooms, empty trash, and replace light bulbs while maintaining the Luxury Defined standard. Execute standard security measures, follow health and safety procedures for chemicals, and report maintenance concerns or unit needs to the manager. Document daily linen usage and cleaning progress. Provide personal transportation and assist with service center cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Uniform dress is required by this position
- Must be able to clean floors, vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, and wash, strip, wax, shampoo carpets
- Must be able to wash windows, walls, tables, etc.
- Must be able to dust furniture, fixtures and woodwork
- Must be able to strip and make beds
- Must be able to clean and stock bathrooms
- Must be able to straighten rooms, stock guest rooms with glasses, stationary, etc.
- Must be able to empty trash receptacles and pick up litter in and around buildings
- Must be able to replace light bulbs
- Must be able to move furniture
- Must be able to perform some routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, heating and ventilating equipment
- Must be able to provide personal transportation
- Must be able to follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to execute standard security measures whenever entering or exiting properties
- Must be able to report cleaning progress to inspector or housekeeping manager promptly
- Must be able to keep a record of homes that have been cleaned
- Must be able to report maintenance concerns, or unit needs to manager
- Must be able to assist with maintaining cleanliness at service center
- Must be able to document daily linen usage
