Job Summary
Housekeeping Quality Specialist inspects guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with brand and safety standards; develops and upholds quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices; documents inspection results and delivers actionable reports to leadership; partners with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office to resolve issues and implement corrective actions; monitors third-party housekeeping and laundry contractor performance; maintains inventory for linens and housewares to support occupancy; supports audit readiness and follows up on action items; assists with guest recovery and lost-and-found processes; helps train team members and promote a culture of service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, housekeeping, or guest services (hospitality experience preferred)
- Background in Housekeeping, Guest Services, or Rooms Division a plus
