Job Summary

Oversee housekeeping quality and cleanliness of guest rooms, including completing checklists and reporting on cleanliness and condition. Inspect rooms after cleaning, respond promptly to guest requests, and ensure proper access and vacancy procedures. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching staff; model professional conduct and adhere to safety and security policies. Maintain brand standards for appearance and confidentiality, protect company assets, and ensure safety procedures and trainings are followed. Support improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings, and foster positive working relationships within the team. Required physical capabilities include lifting up to 55 pounds, pushing/pulling carts, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods. Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems is expected.
