Housekeeping Quality Inspector (Full-Time)

Perform routine quality inspections at assigned healthcare facilities, conducting customer rounding with facility leadership to ensure satisfaction and proactively address concerns. Coach housekeeping employees in real time by providing constructive feedback, encouragement, and recognition while maintaining positive relationships with customers. Complete inspection reports, documentation, and follow-up action plans, then identify trends to recommend process improvements to Operations Leadership. Follow up on deficiencies to ensure corrective actions have been completed and communicate quality concerns promptly. Travel between assigned facilities throughout the workday to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
