Housekeeping Quality Assurance Supervisor-2

Assist the Director of Housekeeping by ensuring all team members are trained to provide consistent Loews service through departmental orientation and ongoing training programs. Monitor consistency of housekeeping product and service, conducting audits of rooms, Mighty Clean, and GRA MM tracking to report variances and maintain scoring standards. Create quality assurance teams, oversee compliance training, and implement updates to housekeeping standards and initiatives. Participate in monthly departmental meetings, address team member performance issues, and assist with safety incentive programs and team events. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of three years in housekeeping.
