Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor

Oversee cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all public hotel spaces including the lobby, corridors, restaurants, Spa/Thalasso, and exterior areas in accordance with Sofitel standards. Participate in recruiting and training Public Area Attendants while establishing cleaning SOPs, schedules, and equipment inventories. Conduct daily cleaning supervision, perform regular inspections to log discrepancies, and coordinate with Maintenance for repair reporting. Manage cleaning product and consumable stock levels to ensure hygiene compliance across zones. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, reporting status and needs to the Housekeeping Manager. Requires 2-3 years of luxury housekeeping experience, industrial equipment mastery, and knowledge of health and safety norms.
