Job Summary
Provide housekeeping services for guest rooms and public areas in Cairns City, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and bathrooms, changing bed linens and towels, replenishing amenities, assisting with linen delivery and rubbish removal, restocking housekeeping supplies, maintaining lobbies and staff areas, responding to guest requests, reporting maintenance issues, assisting with laundry, and upholding workplace health and safety procedures while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or public area cleaning experience preferred but not essential
