Job Summary
Capital Project Implementation for hotel and guestrooms; responsible for receiving goods and ensuring complete installation, placing rooms out of order in the system when appropriate, and maintaining installed rooms in a spreadsheet. Supports various miscellaneous projects, maintains high standards in public areas, assists with special project installations and cleaning tasks, implements new procedures for continuous improvement, maintains guest- and co-worker-facing professionalism, reports equipment and safety issues, manages housekeeping supplies inventory, trains departments on repairing installed items, keeps storage areas clean and well maintained, upholds resort policies, and performs all other duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with minimal supervision on-site, and communicate effectively in English.
