Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of the community through the operation of specialized equipment, scrubbing, mopping, and vacuuming hard and carpeted surfaces. Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste, including refuse and recycling, while utilizing work orders to set up rooms for events. Assist with the movement and delivery of heavy objects and packages. Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing is preferred, along with the ability to safely operate all necessary cleaning and trash removal equipment. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required if driving is needed.
Required Qualifications
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of employment
- Must have a history of safe driving as noted through a Motor Vehicle Record check
Desired Qualifications
