Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance for all public areas, including sweeping, washing floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning windows inside and outside. Operate commercial buffers and pressure washers to clean walkways, manage trash and recycling disposal, and maintain outside bathrooms and trash cans. Execute special member requests, clean unexpected spills, and store linens in designated locations while adhering to health standards. Maintain flexibility to take on new tasks as directed by the Department Manager/Supervisor, incorporating safe work practices throughout. Requires a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart and ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least age 18
- Must have valid driver license to operate and drive golf cart
- Less than high school education; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Regularly stands and walks
- Uses hands to finger, feel or handle
- Reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, sits, talks or hears
- Regularly uses close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception
- Ability to adjust focus
- Frequently works in wet and humid conditions (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts
- Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather)
