Job Summary
Public Area Attendant responsible for ensuring cleanliness of lobby and public spaces and providing guest assistance during the 3pm–11pm shift. Duties include communicating with housekeeping/other departments via radio, delivering towels and items to guest rooms, answering guest questions, maintaining cleanliness of public areas and restrooms, adhering to safety procedures, and delivering excellent customer service with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. The role emphasizes attention to detail, independent night-shift work, and reliability, with a competitive starting wage of $17–$18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but training is available
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shifts
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability and passion for customer service
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug test and background check
