Job Summary
Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning. Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects while making adjustments and minor repairs. Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs and follow all health and safety regulations. Cooperate with the rest of the staff to maintain a clean and orderly condition across the 144-unit community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
