Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff; establishing and enforcing cleaning standards; maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies; addressing guest complaints; and communicating with other departments. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with cleaning standards.
