Job Summary
Mentor and train students in housekeeping operations and hospitality best practices through practical sessions, demonstrations, and workshops. Guide learners on cleaning standards, room maintenance, guest service, and workplace professionalism while preparing materials, lesson plans, and assessment activities. Monitor student progress, provide continuous feedback, and assist with internship preparation and placement readiness. Conduct evaluations and practical assessments to ensure skill development, maintaining professional standards and discipline throughout training sessions. Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to enhance student learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Housekeeping department of a reputed 5-star hotel
- Strong practical knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and guest service
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching, coaching, and student development
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
