Job Summary
Guides staff in maintaining high cleanliness and quality service, overseeing housekeeping and laundry, staffing, training, scheduling, and inventory control to meet hotel standards and guest expectations. Responsible for labor management, developing a positive work environment, and coordinating inter/intra departmental relationships. Performs interviews and hiring recommendations, provides OSHA and safety training, coaches staff, and ensures efficient, cost-effective operations with daily work scheduling, room turnover analysis, and maintenance coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping management/supervisory experience required
- 2-3 years of employment in a related position
- English language communication
