Job Summary
Oversee housekeeping, laundry, house person, and breakfast teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and productivity standards. Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to maintain proper working order while driving guest service levels. Model behaviors and lead team members through onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning to support development and achieve company goals. Accountable for the entire housekeeping department during busy periods, maintaining a calm and focused approach. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor
