Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping operations and provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the hotel. Supervise guest room, public area, and back-of-house inspections while ensuring all areas meet company, health, and sanitation standards. Drive department performance, profitability, and operational efficiency by managing labor, supplies, scheduling, and cost controls. Partner with the Director of Housekeeping on departmental goals, financial performance, and process improvements while creating a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment. Support employee development through training, coaching, recognition, and regular team communication to maintain a culture of excellence at The Hollywood Roosevelt, an iconic Hollywood landmark dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences.
