Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and direct housekeeping team efforts to maintain facilities in a clean, safe, orderly, and secure condition. Establish timelines, schedules, and staffing priorities while managing expenditures, inventory levels, and safety compliance. Recruit, onboard, train, and retain team members to ensure high guest satisfaction. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role supports Tetherow's mission to energize members and guests to live, explore, play, and connect in Central Oregon.
