Job Summary
Maintain safety culture and service standards by leading housekeeping and laundry operations, managing room turnover, and enforcing cleanliness protocols across guest rooms and common areas. Own the lodge housekeeping budget, control labor and supply costs, and oversee inventory, linen par levels, and chemical safety compliance. Direct the site team through hiring, training, and performance management while coordinating with maintenance and front desk for accurate room status reporting. Prepare performance reports and budget summaries for leadership, ensuring full adherence to SOPs and emergency response procedures during rotations in remote environments.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality Management degree, Business Administration degree, or equivalent operational experience
- 5+ years of housekeeping, custodial, or facility services experience, including high-volume or multi-building operations
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing housekeeping supervisors or large hourly teams
- Remote-site, camp, or workforce housing experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated accountability for a housekeeping or facilities budget, including labor, linen, and supply costs
- Experience managing linen inventory, par levels, and laundry operations
- Working knowledge of chemical safety, MSDS requirements, and bloodborne pathogen and PPE standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with property management, room status, or inventory systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability and willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home
- Must be able to pass a background check and urinalysis
