Job Summary
The Housekeeping Manager oversees housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere at Tandem Living. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining staff schedules, updating documentation for team members, training and orienting new staff members, conducting random audits to maintain quality standards, and addressing resident and staff concerns in a timely manner. Candidates should possess supervisory experience, a thorough understanding of cleaning standards, a valid PA driver’s license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience is required
- At least three years of related experience
- Valid PA driver’s license with a minimum of two years of driving experience
