Housekeeping Manager- S

Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality guest care. Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling, and training hourly staff. Supervise employees by handling hiring, discharges, and disciplinary actions when policies are not followed. Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory. Prepare the annual housekeeping budget. Ensure adherence to OSHA and safety standards within the department.
