Housekeeping Manager- S - Courtyard Kennesaw

Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the housekeeping department, managing daily activities to ensure the highest degree of quality guest care. Supervise all employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, and taking disciplinary actions as needed. Purchase, re-order, and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, including OSHA safety guidelines. Prepare the annual housekeeping budget and develop hourly staff.
