Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day activities of the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring clean guest rooms and public areas while managing linen inventory and guest supplies. Obtain room lists and check-out data to prepare work assignments, then inspect cleaned areas to verify quality standards. Coordinate efforts with Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance departments, document discrepant room issues, and distribute assignment sheet changes. Hire, train, schedule, and coach employees while observing service behaviors to improve performance. Handle guest problems and complaints, report safety hazards, and ensure compliance with all company and brand standards.
