Job Summary
Lead the housekeeping and laundry departments at a beachfront Courtyard by Marriott property. Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and executing all activities and personnel to meet standards and deliver high-level service. Tasks include scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating staff, handling budgets and equipment, coordinating with other departments, maintaining records, and ensuring clean, well-maintained facilities and guest-ready rooms.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or Work Equivalent.
- 2-3 plus years of experience in Housekeeping Management preferred.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with hotel information systems preferred.
