Job Summary
Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure proper cleaning of offices, public spaces, residents' units, and grounds. Conduct regular inspections, maintain inventory control for supplies and chemicals, and schedule preparation of units for admissions. Lead annual deep cleaning programs and organize training sessions and department meetings for housekeeping personnel. Direct staff scheduling and supervision while adhering to safety standards for cleaning chemicals and local regulations. Requires 5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, flexibility with schedule, and ability to work with the senior population. Full-time role with competitive salary including up to $1000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of supervisory housekeeping/janitorial experience in a healthcare facility
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to successfully schedule and supervise staff
- Flexibility with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
