Job Summary
Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas; supervise, train, direct, and assist all staff in the area; distribute workload fairly; conduct daily briefings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons; ensure cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies; perform daily guest room inspections; visually inspect guest rooms and public areas; monitor productivity and report performance below standards; counsel and discipline employees per department policies; provide regular feedback on responsibilities and guest service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant housekeeping experience
- ability to supervise and train staff
- must be at least 18 years of age
