Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Manager leading and supervising the housekeeping department across the property; ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces; manage departmental budgets and inventory; develop and manage staff rosters for a 7-day operation; oversee training and development for cleaning staff; conduct inspections and audits for safety, quality, and compliance; coordinate with contractors and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations; strong focus on communication, time management, delegation, attention to detail, and WHS procedures.
