Job Summary
Oversees daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms and public spaces, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry as applicable. Directs staff, verifies room status and inspections, ensures clean, well-maintained spaces, and manages supplies and budgets. Conducts inspections, enforces standards and policies, and drives guest satisfaction while meeting budget objectives. Leads human-resources activities such as training new attendants, scheduling, time/attendance tracking, disciplinary procedures, and recognition programs. Champions a positive service culture, empowers employees to deliver exceptional guest service, and participates in ongoing department communications and performance improvement efforts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in housekeeping or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
