Job Summary
Supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations, verify guestroom and public space cleanliness through inspections, and communicate room status to the Front Desk. Manage budgets by tracking supplies, inventorying stock, and ensuring compliance with all departmental policies and procedures. Train new room attendants, schedule staff based on business demands, and address employee concerns through open-door feedback and recognition programs. Resolve guest complaints and handle corrective action plans to maintain exceptional service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in the housekeeping or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
