Job Summary
Direct and manage housekeeping operations for a luxury hotel, overseeing guest rooms and public areas to consistently exceed elite standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing housekeeping schedules, assigning duties to Hotel & Residence cleaning staff, enforcing high cleanliness and hygiene standards for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with established standards. Strong focus on meticulous attention to detail, operational excellence, and elevating the guest experience.
