Job Summary
Lead housekeeping in a high-traffic club, overseeing standards of cleanliness and presentation, developing staffing plans and workflows, conducting inspections, coaching and leading a hands-on team, coordinating with Facilities for maintenance, and managing inventory and vendor relationships within budget to deliver five-star service to members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience (hotel or hospitality environment strongly preferred)
- Experience managing schedules, staffing levels, and high-volume cleaning operations
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and drive accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with being a hands-on leader, cleaning with your team
- Must be able to stand, move, walk, bend, reach, stretch and use repetitive arm and leg motion throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to carry a vacuum backpack
- Must have ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
