Housekeeping Manager

Oversees the daily operations of the Housekeeping department (bedrooms and public areas) to ensure maintenance to company standards; manages and inspires the team with hands-on leadership; responds to guest requests to maximise guest satisfaction; maintains budget awareness and controls costs; handles suppliers of linen, cleaning materials, and guest supplies; coordinates maintenance requests and ensures timely service completion; manages laundry and labour controls; ensures brand standards and health and safety compliance (including COSHH) with regular audits; facilitates information flow through regular handovers and team meetings; supports continuous improvement of operations and guest experience. Must have the right to work in the EU and be able to communicate in English and German.
