Job Summary
Oversee housekeeping operations and laundry functions to ensure guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet brand standards; train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff on cleanliness standards, SOPs, and safety; inspect spaces daily for cleanliness and presentation; manage departmental budgets, labor, supplies, equipment, and inventory; recruit, retain, and supervise a capable housekeeping team; conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training; ensure staff have necessary tools and uniforms; collaborate with hotel departments for seamless operations; participate in staff meetings and project execution; maintain knowledge of departmental policies and 4 Keys service standards; perform additional duties as directed by hotel management.
