Housekeeping Manager oversees housekeeping, laundry, valet, and uniform teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and guest service across the resort. Responsibilities include operations management across guest rooms and public areas, inspections with VIPs and showrooms, collaboration with Front Office and Engineering, and maintaining logs. Leads and trains room attendants, supervisors, and support staff; enforces grooming, safety, and quality assurance (LQA standards); manages scheduling, payroll planning, inventory, and department administration while promoting sustainability and a positive work environment.
