Job Summary
The Housekeeping Manager oversees all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and luxury presentation throughout the resort. Responsibilities include leading and training housekeeping teams, conducting inspections, managing schedules and inventory, enforcing quality standards, coordinating with other departments, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of related management experience, strong leadership skills, and an eye for detail.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Strong eye for detail, organization, and aesthetics
- Excellent understanding of cleaning techniques, materials, and industry standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse team
