Job Summary
Oversee daily housekeeping operations by communicating room assignments and special requests to staff, inspecting guestrooms and public areas, and coordinating statuses across departments. Manage guest complaints and requests while leading team training, coaching, and development initiatives. Ensure pristine environments through direct supervision and adherence to cleanliness standards. Requires 2 years of prior housekeeping experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and knowledge of scheduling and productivity. Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- 2 years prior housekeeping experience
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity
- High school math level required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
