Housekeeping Manager

Supervise daily Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry shift operations, directing staff to verify guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. Complete daily inspections of guestrooms and public areas, hold employees accountable for corrective actions, and manage inventory to verify adequate supplies. Communicate room status to the Front Desk, prepare work assignments for immediate cleanings and check-outs, and ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures. Train new room attendants, schedule employees based on business demands, and handle guest problems and complaints to maintain satisfaction. Manage the departmental budget to achieve financial goals and participate in on-going employee recognition and satisfaction programs.
