Housekeeping Manager

Conduct daily shift operations for Housekeeping, Recreation/Health Club, and Laundry, verifying guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained. Direct staff to complete inspections, hold employees accountable for corrective actions, and ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures. Manage inventory, verify supplies and equipment, and communicate work assignments to Front Desk based on room status and check-out lists. Supervise training for new room attendants, schedule employees, track attendance, and administer progressive discipline while maintaining open communication channels. Monitor departmental budgets to achieve financial goals, handle guest complaints, and implement corrective action plans to improve service performance and satisfaction.
