Job Summary
Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, establish workflows and standard procedures, implement quality control plans, and maintain strong vendor relationships to meet Forbes expectations. Responsibilities include directing operations, assigning tasks, inspecting cleanliness, maintaining safety compliance, developing department standards, addressing guest complaints, ensuring timely cleaning of laundry, managing supplies inventory, and coordinating with guests and other departments. Requires proven housekeeping/hospitality experience; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred; at least 3 years’ managerial experience. Proficient in communication, problem-solving, team leadership, and operating housekeeping equipment; WHMIS is an asset; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Location: Inlet Beach, FL (Camp Creek Resort), US.
