Housekeeping Manager

Oversee daily housekeeping operations from scheduling and staffing to room inspections and inventory management. Develop and maintain housekeeping procedures that keep every room and public space sparkling on brand. Lead the Housekeeping team through coaching, training, and motivation to deliver exceptional service. Manage supplies, equipment, and departmental expenses while ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards meet local regulations. Collaborate with Engineering to resolve maintenance issues quickly and partner with all departments to create smooth operations. Regularly inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and guest readiness. Transform guest feedback into improved experiences and support the General Manager with departmental goals and continuous improvements.
