Job Summary
Deliver lectures and practical training sessions on housekeeping operations, room maintenance, cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and guest service practices. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials while conducting demonstrations, workshops, and classroom activities. Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and practical assessments, and guide students for internships and placements. Maintain academic standards and discipline within the classroom and practical labs. Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional activities, staying updated with industry trends to incorporate best practices into teaching.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel, preferably in the Housekeeping department
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hospitality standards, and guest service
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills
- Ability to combine practical industry experience with academic instruction effectively
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and student-management skills
