Housekeeping Lead/Supervisor (Retail/Mall)

Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations, supervise team activities, and maintain inventory of janitorial supplies. Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, polishing surfaces, dusting, and cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas. Train new and current employees, address performance issues, and handle tasks such as changing light bulbs, replenishing supplies, and transporting waste. Requires minimum six months in cleaning services and six months in a leadership role. Bilingual ability and basic computer skills are preferred. Full-time or part-time positions available across multiple shifts including weekends.
